Give NowLove in Action, Hope in Community
We serve our city through practical care, mentoring, and neighborhood partnerships. Learn our story, explore our ministries, and join the mission.
Our Background
Founded in 2012, HopeWorks began as a neighborhood prayer group that delivered meals to seniors. Over time, partnerships with schools, churches, and local nonprofits helped us expand into youth mentoring, family support, and community care initiatives.
Today, we remain committed to serving the whole person—spirit, mind, and body—through consistent presence and practical help.

We exist to mobilize compassionate people and resources to meet the most tangible needs of our neighbors—so families can flourish, youth can lead, and hope can take root.
